The beer is fantastic!! Be sure to get to the brewery soon to try Poor Richard's Ale before they stop brewing it. Unfortunately, the new taproom leaves a lot to be desired. All of the charm and down home feel is gone; in its place is a much larger tap/chalet/warehouse that feels something like a ski resort cafeteria.

I bought a 22 oz. bottle of the IPA while visiting Big Sky. This is a great beer, very hoppy but balanced enough so the the hops don't completely overwhelm the beer. I've two more Bitter Roots in my frig. waiting for me. Can't wait to try those also.

A friend and I were driving through Hamilton when we spotted the "Brewery" sign and checked it out. This was a real unexpected treat. A nice, laid back tasting room with great beers and a friendly barkeep. Stop in if you're in the area.

Great beer and friendly service makes this brewery a worthy trip from Missoula. We were informed that the brewery will be moving into a larger adjacent building later this summer. The Nut Brown is my personal favorite.

I have only had their Porter and their Nut Brown and both were excellent beers! I enjoyed them immensely many times over during my college year in Missoula! Cheers to you all!
